The Community Edition is excited to announce our new incoming Editor in Chief, Melissa Embury. Avid TCE readers should recognize her name from amongst our pages for the past year – you can review her past stories here. Outside of TCE, Melissa not only brings her enthusiasm to the team but extensive experience as a freelance journalist, great travel stories, a pretty cool cat and a love for Waterloo Region. We are also welcoming Kristina Lalatovic as our Community Engagement Coordinator. Kristina co-founded the Coworkers Collective and has spent the last three years organizing Events and Community Partnerships with HackerNest. She’ll be working alongside Melissa and our Publisher, Lakyn, to develop new community partnerships, events and fundraisers. Have an idea you want to connect with Kristina about?
